Pat Scott is a seasoned leader in both the corporate and ministry worlds, with a career marked by excellence, faith, and a passion for impact. He served for 12 years as the Executive Director of Northern Christian Radio, where his visionary leadership helped bring gospel-centered broadcasting to countless lives across Northern Michigan, Ontario, and beyond. Today, Pat continues his Kingdom mission as Co-founder and Senior Partner of Christian Media AI.
Before transitioning into full-time ministry, Pat cultivated a robust background in the corporate sector. He graduated with a Bible Major from Word of Life Bible College in 1983, laying a spiritual foundation that would shape his leadership journey. He then worked for a major plastics company— a Tier 1 automotive supplier— from 1984 to 2002. Starting in Human Resources and later promoted to Purchasing Agent, Pat specialized in coordinating the packaging of plastic components, gaining critical experience in operations and supply chain management.
From 2002 to 2007, Pat applied his interpersonal and sales acumen in the automotive industry, mastering product knowledge across major brands including GMC, Pontiac, Buick, and Oldsmobile. His dedication earned him full GM certification and recognition for excellence.
His corporate journey culminated at AT&T, where from 2007 to 2013 he thrived as an Major Account Executive. Pat oversaw partnerships with Big Box retailers such as Walmart, Sam’s Club, RadioShack, and independent dealers. His responsibilities included driving sales performance, executing promotions, coaching retail teams, and ensuring compliance with AT&T’s retail standards—skills he now leverages in ministry strategy and media outreach.
Pat’s heart remains anchored in his family and faith. He and his beloved wife Carol have celebrated over 40 years of marriage and have raised four remarkable children. Their story includes both great joy and deep sorrow, having entrusted their daughter Elisabeth Ashley to the Lord in 1997. Their sons continue to thrive—Joshua leading a family of his own, Jeremy excelling as a PGA Professional in Florida, and Jonathan embarking on his own journey of fatherhood.
Whether strategizing for Gospel advancement, mentoring leaders, or enjoying time with his grandchildren, Pat lives out the encouragement of Philippians 3:13–14:
“Brethren, I do not regard myself as having taken hold of it yet; but one thing I do: forgetting what lies behind and reaching forward to what lies ahead, I press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.” (NASB)

The best advice I ever received in my five-decade journey in broadcasting was this: “Focus on your purpose.” For me, that purpose has always been clear—use the power of media to draw people closer to God. Christian radio isn’t just a format; it’s a mission field. At its best, it tells great stories, speaks bold biblical truth, and delivers real hope to real people in real time.
I’ve had the privilege of putting that calling into action across the country—from local stations in Ohio to national networks like Salem Communications and Family Radio.
Along the way, I’ve served as Corporate Brand Manager for Jacor and Clear Channel, Program Director for "Today’s Christian Music Network" and WFFH/Nashville (“94.1 The Fish”), and most recently as Senior Director of Programming at Family Radio. Whether coaching morning show talent, launching seasonal formats like "All Christmas All Season," or refining music libraries to better serve the listener, my aim has remained the same: deliver excellence for the glory of God.
Innovation matters—but not for innovation’s sake. My heart has always been to help Christian media grow its reach without losing its soul.
That’s why I’m excited to serve with Christian Media AI. I believe the tools of artificial intelligence—when stewarded with wisdom and faithfulness—can strengthen ministries, sharpen strategy, and ultimately lead more people to Jesus.
Isaiah 48:17 has been a guiding promise throughout my life: “I am the Lord your God, who teaches you to profit, who leads you in the way you should go.” I’ve seen that verse come to life in every role I’ve held. And now, as I step into this next chapter, I’m more passionate than ever about helping broadcasters use every tool available to proclaim the Gospel, deepen their impact, and reach people right where they are.
