• Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Christian Media AI Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with the Services.
• Restrictions: You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, or sell any Christian Media AI Content without our express written consent.

CHRISTIAN MEDIA AI DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY CONTENT GENERATED BY THE AI, INCLUDING ITS INTERPRETATION OF SCRIPTURE OR DOCTRINAL ACCURACY. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE USE OF AI-GENERATED CONTENT SHOULD BE UNDERTAKEN WITH DISCERNMENT AND CRITICAL EVALUATION, AND SHOULD NOT REPLACE PERSONAL STUDY AND ENGAGEMENT WITH SCRIPTURE AND TRADITIONAL CHRISTIAN TEACHINGS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CHRISTIAN MEDIA AI, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SERVICES OR ANY CONTENT THEREIN, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STATUTE, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF CHRISTIAN MEDIA AI HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY, OR ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS (USD $100.00), WHICHEVER IS LESS.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Christian Media AI, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of or access to the Services; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms and Conditions; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights.

10. Third-Party Links and Content

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or resources. Christian Media AI is not responsible for the content, products, or services offered by such third parties. You acknowledge and agree that Christian Media AI shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of any third-party websites or resources.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or the Services shall be initially attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute through negotiation, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The language of the arbitration shall be English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Christian Media AI shall have the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.

12. Modifications to Terms

Christian Media AI reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time in its sole discretion. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the updated Terms and Conditions on our website or through other appropriate communication channels.
